Starting out the list of best brunch on the Las Vegas Strip is Lago by Julian Serrano, located in the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. As with every other aspect of the Bellagio, you can expect an elegant experience for brunch. Featuring a wonderful view of the famed Bellagio fountains, which, full disclosure, look better after dark, Lago offers a lavish environment coupled with an expansive menu.
You’ll find all the usual brunch favorites as well as some Italian-inspired specialties, like the breakfast calzone. For another unique twist, try the lobster benedict. Bottomless mimosas, bellinis, or Bloody Marys are also available. The brunch menu is available Friday through Sunday between 10 am and 2:30 pm, so plan accordingly.
Bardot Brasserie by Michael Mina – ARIA – 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd
Maintaining our theme of elegance, we move on to Bardot Brasserie in the ARIA Resort & Casino. Michael Mina brings his Michelin-star-inspired touch to this European-inspired café. You’ll feel as if you’ve been whisked away to Paris, leaving the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas behind.
There’s nothing “usual” about the brunch menu here. Choose from a French-style pastry basket, the Hunter’s Waffle with duck confit, or indulge yourself in the caviar service. An array of beverage options awaits you while you plan your next move on the Strip. Brunch hours are again Friday through Sunday, though 9a until 2p this time around.
Lavo Italian Restaurant – Venetian – 3325 S Las Vegas Blvd
Located in the Palazzo Tower of the Venetian Resort, Lavo could be described as a tale of two brunches. The restaurant itself is divided into three distinct areas: a dining room, an upstairs nightclub, and a lounge with an outdoor terrace. Usually running between April and September, you’ll find a typical Las Vegas brunch spot.
The extensive brunch menu features traditional brunch fare, an array of flavorful pizzas, and even the famous one-pound meatball (which you may remember from our Top 10 Italian Restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip article). Drinks to order, as well as bottomless options, are available. However, if you visit between October and March, you’ll get to experience Lavo’s “Party Brunch.” What is party brunch, you ask? Think of partying all night in Las Vegas, going to bed, getting up, and going to brunch, except that it is another party.
If you’re looking for a quiet weekend brunch spot, you’ll want to look elsewhere on this list. What makes a brunch a party brunch? You’ll hear from the most in-demand DJs providing the soundtrack to your meal where you can dance on the table, hopefully not while eating. No matter which version of Lavo’s brunch on the Las Vegas Strip you choose, it is only available on Saturday and Sunday between 11a and 3p.
Giada – The Cromwell – 3595 S Las Vegas Blvd
Another celebrity chef makes it onto our list of best brunch on the Las Vegas Strip with the Food Network’s very own Giada De Laurentiis. Nestled within the extravagant Cromwell Hotel & Casino. Giada serves brunch Friday through Sunday between the hours of 9a and 3p. What can you expect from a luxurious restaurant within a deluxe resort?
Considering De Laurentiis’ Italian heritage, you can count on an authentic Roman twist on your favorite weekend meal. Some fan favorites include the Orzo meatballs, the Lobster hash, and the Salmon Benedict. All the reviews of Giada seem to mention the word “exceptional,” be it regarding the staff, the quality of the meal, or the vibe itself.
Catch – Aria – 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd
We honestly thought there were no more surprise twists when it came to brunch on the Las Vegas Strip, but when you’re wrong, you’re wrong. Catch Las Vegas, located in the spacious ARIA Resort & Casino, adds an Asian spin to your traditional concept of brunch. Before you say, “but Catch is famous for sushi,” let us present our argument. First, Catch is famous on social media for the Waffle Tower, a stack of waffles flowing with milk chocolate, maple syrup, and raspberry ice cream. Add creamy chocolate ganache, raspberry jelly, and toasted almonds if you dare, but you’ll probably be fine with one for the table as this tower is a lot of food.
Second, you can order pancakes with a dizzying array of toppings, including but not limited to brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkles, and even cream cheese frosting. Lastly, if you don’t really have a sweet tooth, you can always be salty with a breakfast burrito, smashed avocado toast with pomegranate, or any number of traditional brunch favorites prepared with an Asian twist. Did we mention you can also order sushi for brunch? Catch brunch at Catch on Saturday or Sunday between 10a and 2p.
Border Grill – Mandalay Bay – 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd
Rounding out our list of best brunch on the Las Vegas Strip is Border Grill. Head chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger’s destination restaurant give off a definitively old Mexico vibe, so here again, brunch may not be what first comes to mind. Located off the Mandalay Beach area of the Mandalay Bay Resort and overlooking the lazy river, Border Grill offers two stories of al fresco patio dining, perfect for unwinding after a crazy night before.
What does Border Brunch look like? Imagine your favorite Mexican dishes hooked up with your favorite brunch dishes, and you’ll get an idea. Delicious options like avocado toast with salmon, horchata French toast, or a Diablo chicken and churro waffle are just a few of their offerings. Additionally, there is an unlimited small plate option if you’re especially hungry. Can’t make up your mind? Do what we did and get the brunch sampler with bottomless mimosas. Micheladas and bloody marys are also bottomless, and there are even non-alcoholic drinks, believe it or not. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday between 10a and 3p.
